Saturday Box is designed for couples interested in kink and roleplay, but we do our best to meet you where you are, recognizing that few couples have the exact same interests.

Each box provide examples and variations of different ways to play, so one playthrough could be sweet and sensual, while another could be raw and animalistic.

We try our best to work quickly, but we're a small business and our top priority is delivering a remarkable experience - however long it takes.

We briefly had a subscription option but decided that it wasn't quite right for our business. Everyone is on a different schedule, and you know when you're ready for a new adventure better than we do.

Every customer is important to us - whether they try one box or every single one of them. We never want our boxes to feel like a chore or an obligation.

Due to the sensitive nature of our product, we are unable to offer returns. We would never want to risk anyone receiving something that had been in another customer's home.

Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it to ensure that nothing is damaged or missing. If it is, contact us immediately at at help@saturdaybox.com. Our customer service team will work with you to replace the item in question and refund as necessary.

Shipping within the U.S. is free whether you shop Eco or Classic. That's just one less thing for you to worry about.

We want our customers to have the joy of an unboxing experience and the ability to have that experience away from prying eyes. 

The Classic box comes in an unmarked brown box with a beautiful magnetic box tucked inside. And the Eco box comes in a compact, navy mailer that will fit in any mailbox. We promise that your neighbors won't see the words "Saturday Box" unless they are staring at the shipping label.

And even if they did - what's so dirty about a day of the week?

Additional product restrictions may apply based on our current shipping capabilities. International orders will incur a $10 handling fee on top of the chosen carrier rate.

We resolve to fulfill our orders as fast as humanly possible, but we will make every effort to contact you with an update if your order remains unfulfilled after 5-10 business days.

If your order has not shipped out after 10 business days, you will be eligible for order cancellation and refund (upon request via email). 

USPS Ground Advantage Shipping takes between 2-5 business days but may be impacted by unforeseen delays. Use the estimated delivery date on the product page to get a rough idea.
