Who is Saturday Box for?
Saturday Box is for anyone who wants to broaden their intimate horizons. All you need is a willing partner and an open mind. That being said, a lot of boxes center around BDSM and roleplay. But we're confident that you'll be able to find one you like.
I've never done anything like this in the bedroom before. Will this be too intense for me?

Our cards are the secret sauce that make Saturday Box so special. Other companies are so focused on selling stuff that they forget to pull it together into a cohesive experience. We stick with you to the end, providing easy-to-follow steps and inspiration in abundance.
We think you'll like our cards so much, that we actually sell them separately as an Eco Box.
What if I just want one thing in the box?
You can absolutely shop for individual items, but you'll find that the Classic boxes provide the best value and experience.
However, if you'd like to start small, you won't be missing out on anything. You can always shoot us a message, and we'll send you the rest of the Classic adventure for the difference in price.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
Due to the sensitive nature of our product, we are unable to offer returns. We would never want to risk anyone receiving something that had been in another customer's home.
However, we want you to be delighted by your Saturday Box experience, so please reach out to us at help@saturdaybox.com if something isn't quite right, and we will do our best to remedy it.
For specific issues with fit, we have the Right Size Guarantee, so if the lingerie doesn't fit, we can send you the next size up (or down) at no additional charge. If you tend to be a split size, say an L on top and an M on the bottom, you can reach out to customer service and we can create a custom order for you! Just send us a message at help@saturdaybox.com
What is the Right Size Guarantee?
We know that it can be hard to buy lingerie online, so we created the Right Size Guarantee to help you shop with confidence.
If your lingerie doesn't fit, we can send you the next size up (or down) at no additional charge. If you tend to be a split size, say an L on top and an M on the bottom, you can reach out to customer service and we can create a custom order for you!

If you don't allow returns, how can I know whether I'll like your boxes in advance?
We want you to be comfortable purchasing from us, but we know it's a big thing to become a part of someone's intimate routine. If you're on the fence, we recommend trying out one of our Eco boxes. Packed with the same great adventures as the Classic boxes, you'll be able to see whether you like our style (and a fraction of the cost).
You always have the option to start small and buy items individually. If you eventually decide you want the full adventure, shoot us a message and we'll send you what you're missing for the difference in price.

What if my product is damaged or something is missing?
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it to ensure that nothing is damaged or missing. If it is, contact us immediately at at help@saturdaybox.com. Our customer service team will work with you to replace the item in question and refund as necessary.
Shipping & Fulfillment
How much is shipping?
Yes, shipping is free whether you shop Eco or Classic. That's just one less thing for you to worry about.
In the future, we may add an option for you to upgrade to expedited shipping.
Will the shipping be discreet?
We want our customers to have the joy of an unboxing experience and the ability to have that experience away from prying eyes.
The Classic box comes in an unmarked brown box with a beautiful magnetic box tucked inside. And the Eco box comes in a compact, navy mailer that will fit in any mailbox. We promise that your neighbors won't see the words "Saturday Box" unless they are staring at the shipping label.
And even if they did - what's so dirty about a day of the week?
Do you ship outside the United States?
Unfortunately, we are only able to serve customers in the U.S. at this time. We also are unable to ship orders to Alabama. But if you're beyond our borders and eager for Saturday Box to expand its reach soon, shoot us a message!
How long will it take for my package to arrive?
We resolve to fulfill our orders as fast as humanly possible (like next day) but we will make every effort to contact you with an update if your order has been unfulfilled after 5-10 business days.
Please reach out to us at help@saturdaybox.com if you are wondering about your order status. If your order has not shipped out after 10 business days, you will be eligible for order cancellation and refund (upon request via email).
USPS Ground Advantage Shipping takes between 2-5 business days but may be impacted by unforeseen delays. Use the estimated delivery date on the product page to get a rough idea.
