Due to the sensitive nature of our product, we cannot accept physical returns.
However, we want you to be happy with your purchase - no matter what. Reach out to help@saturdaybox.com with any issues and we'll always make things right.
For example, with our Right Size Guarantee, if the lingerie doesn't fit, we'll send you a different size for free. No return needed.
Right Size Guarantee
We know that it can be hard to buy lingerie online, so we created the Right Size Guarantee to help you shop with confidence.
If your lingerie doesn't fit, we'll send you a different size at no additional charge. If you tend to be a split size, say an L on top and an M on the bottom, you can reach out to customer service and we can create a custom order for you!

Damaged and Missing Items
Please inspect your order as soon as you receive it to ensure that nothing is damaged or missing. If it is, contact us immediately at at help@saturdaybox.com.
Customer service will work with you to replace the item in question or refund as necessary.
