Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping

We offer free shipping on all orders in the United States. That's one less thing for you to worry about.

By default, orders will be sent via USPS Ground Advantage, which provides a shipping speed of 2-5 business days, but we reserve the right to change the mode of transit at any time without notice. Any estimated delivery date provided is an estimate but not a guarantee against shipping or fulfillment delays. 

Fulfillment 

We fulfill most orders within 1-3 business days, but we are a small business, so please be patient with us. Please reach out to us at help@saturdaybox.com if you are wondering about the status of your order. If your order has not shipped out after 10 business days, you will be eligible for order cancellation and refund (upon request via email). 

Expedited Shipping

For a flat $9 fee, you can upgrade your shipping to USPS Priority Mail which provides a shipping speed of 2-3 business days. However, we still cannot guarantee any delivery by a specific date as there are factors outside our control - and we'll still need to pack.

We highly recommend the USPS Priority Mail shipping option if you are ordering from Alaska or Hawaii, as USPS Ground Advantage has significantly longer delivery timelines in both locations. 

Discreet Shipping

We want our customers to have the joy of an unboxing experience and the ability to have that experience away from prying eyes. The Classic box comes in an unmarked brown box with a beautiful magnetic box tucked inside. And the Eco box comes in a compact, navy mailer that will fit in any mailbox. We promise that your neighbors won't see the words "Saturday Box" unless they are staring at the shipping label.

Availability

We ship everywhere in the United States, although not all products are available to be shipped to Alabama due to anti-obscenity laws. 

International Shipping

We are currently beta-testing international shipping, so reach out to help@saturdaybox.com.

Send us your address, phone number, your desired product, and size (if applicable), and we'll create a custom order for you.

International customers are responsible for all shipping costs and duties (including for the Right Size Guarantee).

Shipping usually costs around $29, depending on location. We'll provide a quote once we have the rest of your order details.
